Can you add location markers, outlines, or text to drone photos? Absolutely. Once you receive your initial set of photos, simply send a quick email to our friendly support team with the details of what you need, and we'll get it done.
I have a favorite photographer from your team—can I request them for my shoot? We love that! You can definitely request a preferred photographer. If they aren't available for your chosen time, please know that every photographer on our team is highly trained and delivers the same reliably excellent work.
What's your typical turnaround time for receiving the finished, edited photos? We aim for speed! You'll usually have your photos delivered by mid-morning on the next business day. If you're really rushing for a launch, just let us know, and we'll prioritize your order for the fastest possible next-morning delivery.
Can I ask for a specific sky look or aesthetic in the photos? You sure can! Just tell us what you have in mind, and we'd be delighted to create a custom look just for you. If you don't have a preference, we'll choose a great sky from our ever-growing library that best suits the scene.
Can you make changes or remove items from the photos? Yes, we can! Our full-time editing team is ready to handle your standard retouching requests. We pride ourselves on speed in this area.
Do you offer Video? Currently we focus on of photography however can recommend some great local videographers if needed and we regularly work in with videography teams at shoots.
We need our logo/watermark on the images. Is that something you do? Of course! Please send over your logo file and let us know where you'd like it placed. We'll make a permanent note to include it on all your future web files.
Can you handle difficult like full image decluttering? For those bigger, more complex editing jobs (like total digital decluttering or major removals), we give you access to our specialist third-party partner at their cost price. While our team can handle a lot, we sometimes bring in specialized support for those particularly challenging projects to ensure the best result!
How do I pay for your services? We accept payment via bank transfer or card. For our ongoing clients, the invoice is due within 14 days. For one-off bookings, we kindly request payment within two business days of the invoice date.
